Delivery times

We prepare and ship your orders within 48 hours of payment.

An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, giving your parcel number so that you can track it as it travels. Your parcel will be handled by Colissimo, so we cannot be held responsible for any orders lost, stolen or delayed in transit to you.

For international delivery :

  • Zone 1-3: 3-5 working days
  • Zone 4-6: 5-10 working days

These times do not take into account possible delays caused by customs offices or incomplete or erroneous delivery information. To ensure prompt delivery, please check your contact details and address before confirming your order.

Customs fees

All our shipments are DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), i.e. any taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of the products displayed on our site.

You will be responsible for any such charges upon receipt of your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you how much these charges will be, or whether they will apply to your order. This information differs from country to country, and is the responsibility of the various customs offices.

You can contact the customs office in your country to ask for an estimate of the taxes involved in receiving shipments from abroad, if applicable.

Conditions of return

We fully understand if you change your mind because you are no longer interested in a piece of jewelry or because you are not completely satisfied with it. That is why, in these cases, it is possible to return your purchase to us.

The conditions of return are as follows:

  • The piece must be in perfect condition and not have been worn;
  • The part must be returned in its original packaging;
  • Returns must be sent within 14 working days;

Please note that returns are not accepted for sale products, nor for earrings for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on your choice, we can then refund you using the same method of payment you used to purchase your part, or offer you a credit note.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. If you wish to exchange one of your purchases, you can return it to us and place a new order.
